Shumani Training and HR Solutions can assist with fulfilling your company role with regards to Skills Development by appointing a Skills Development Facilitator to your company on a monthly retainer amount dependent on the size of your company. Helping you claim back a percentage of Skills Development Levies already paid to SARS.<\/p>\n

THE SDF RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n\t

  • Assistance in claiming mandatory grants from relevant SETAs and assistance in lodging claims and refund levies.<\/li>\n
  • Compile an Annual Training Report and submit to the relevant SETA on your behalf<\/li>\n
  • Develop a workplace skills plan and submit to the relevant SETA on your behalf.<\/li>\n
  • Advice regarding discretionary grants, PIVOTAL programs and ongoing telephonic and on-site support.<\/li>\n
  • Provide information and advice regarding skills development and related issues<\/li>\n
  • Act as a contact person between the our clients and the relevant Setas<\/li>\n
  • Learnerships\/ Apprenticeships Registrations within the contract period<\/li>\n
  • Maximise BBBEE points for the Skills Development element<\/li>\n
  • Communicate Seta initiatives, grants and benefits to our clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>

    EMPLOYMENT EQUITY<\/span><\/h3>\n
